A2M - ALPHA 2 MACROGLOBULIN

Alpha 2 Macroglobulin (A2M) occurs naturally in your body and is processed in a technique similar to PRP, but goes through additional filtration to isolate the A2M molecules. These molecules capture harmful enzymes such as proteases that can degrade cartilage. A2M can then deactivate those harmful proteases.
